Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. 

SHIPPING INFO

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order in 10-20 days from the date that it is placed.

VERIFICATION

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

SHIPPING

We offer two shipping methods as below:
Standard Shipping(7-15 days).
Express Shipping(7-10 days).
We offer free standard shipping for all the orders over US$99.
Standard Shipping Service :
Order Processing: 3-5 days. Order Delivery:7-15 days. The items you ordered will reach you within 10-20days.

Express Shipping Service :
Order processing: 3-5 days. Order Delivery: 7-10days. The items you ordered will reach you within 10-15 days.

PROCESSING TIME

After we receive your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time being approximately 3-5 days;
however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status.
It does take longer for us to process pre-order items, please refer to our campaign/product page for more detailed information.

SHIPPING FEE

Standard Shipping Fee

We ship every state and city in US, and the shipping charge differ by weight

The first weigh: below 0.5kG charge US$8.9, additional weight US$4 Per 0.3kg 

If the order total weight is 1kg, the shipping fee to US by standard shipping is US$8.9 + US$8 = US$16.9

The shipping fee will be automatically calcutlated on website.

For standardshipping, after the total weight of the order reaches 2.9kg, we only charge US$44.9, and if your order amount exceeds US$99, you can also enjoy the free shipping policy.

Express Shipping Fee

We charge shipping by weight, Detailed Fee as Below：

Remote Shipping Address

If your address is Remote Shipping Address, we will charge extra shipping fee accordingly.

If you are not agree, we suggest order shipping change to standard shipping, which is cheaper and shipping time takes 7-15 days arrive.

PO BOX Shipping Address

If your address is Po Box address, you need to pick up the order yourself at post office.

Please be kindly noted that if the package is unclaimed at the Post Office window after ten days, the parcel will be returned to the sender.

We strongly recommend customer leave home address or office address in case package lost or delay.

SPECIAL SITUATION REMINDER

Due to the severe global situation of the COVID-19 epidemic and the suspension of most flights, the freight capacity of major routes has been greatly reduced. The control measures adopted by various countries will directly affect capacity, freight, processing speed and delivery time. The specific impact of time will vary from country to country. For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries you may need to pay duties or VAT according to your country levying rules.
