satisfied with your purchase. Send Email to cs@zicocloth.com to get in touch
with our customer service team and describe the items you want to return and
the reason for your return.
We will gladly accept your returns for
exchange or credit within 15 days after receiving the
product. Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging
intact, unwashed, unworn).
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the
product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get
a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped
out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return on products,customers have the right to request a
return within 15 days after receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition
that you received it.
Before you return the items, please contact
our customer service (cs@zicocloth.com) to get approval of return
and send the return tracking information to the same email, so we can keep
following up.
RESPOSIBILITY
Zicoloth's Responsibility:
If you received the incorrect or defective
order, we accept exchange or return for refund, our customer service will review the return request and will send
further instructions if the return is approved. Our team will bear the freight
charges for the return of the goods.
Customer's
responsibility:
Please note customers are fully
responsible for choosing the right product during the checkout. If customers
choose the wrong item or wrong size, Customer can return the item to us to get
the refund (product price only) or exchange. In this case, customer will be
responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse).
If the item defective due to the customer's reason, such item broken , get dirt, as unproper use we will not accpet exchange or return for refund.
The refund or exchange will be made once
the warehouse has received the return.
Having issue with your returns?
If you do not know your order number, or
it's been greater than 15 days since you received your orders, simply email cs@zicocloth.com with
your full name, address and the style number(s) of the products you ordered.
Once we receive your email, we will reply with a copy of your order
confirmation, which will have your order number. Please allow up to 1 business
day for a response.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and
inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your
returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your
refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit
will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of
payment, within a certain amount of days.
Refunds Process Time
Once we confirmed item received, we will arrange refund in 3 business days, and send email confirmation of the refund had beed arraged.
Credit back to account time
If you pay by paypal, usually the refund will back to your account in 3 days
If you pay by credit card, once we arranged refund the acutal refund time depends on your bank processing time.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet,
first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund
is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing
time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have
not received your refund yet, please contact us at cs@zicocloth.com.
How to Make Your Return:
Step1: Send email
to cs@zicocloth.com with your order number, and list
the reason that you want to return it.
Step2: Our customer service representative will check and send
you with our return address.
Step3: You forward the returned item to the shipping carrier then send us
the tracking information.
Step4: Once we received the returned
items, we will issue a refund.
Step5: You received the refund, case
is finished.

WHAT IS A GOOD GUIDELINE WHEN I SHOULD

Allow 1-4 weeks for your return to be
processed. This takes in consideration the transit time of the return package
back to us, a full warehouse inspection of the returned item(s) and credit
processing of your return paperwork. As soon as your return is processed you
will receive an email confirmation.
